Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests in a vibrant and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, possess excellent time management skills, and uphold high standards of food safety and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks, following recipes with precision
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service for optimal customer experience
- Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests by engaging with them and providing excellent customer service
- Monitor bar inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure the well-being of customers
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
