Titration Team Lead (Prescriptions)

We’re looking for Titration Team Lead to lead and coordinate the Prescriptions Team as part of the RTC Titration Team, including both phone-based and administrative staff, ensuring the delivery of safe, timely, and high-quality care throughout the patient pathway.
The role oversees the day to day running of the team across inbound call handling and administrative workflows, using key trackers to monitor patient activity and support timely bookings, follow up, and progression through the service.
The postholder will provide leadership and support, fostering a positive and high performing team environment. They will act as a point of escalation for queries and identify and escalate any delays or bottlenecks that may impact patient experience or service delivery.
Accountabilities and Deliverables:
- Identify opportunities to optimise personal resource allocation to meet service provision needs and improve operational efficiency through the
implementation of people processes improvements.

Focus on enhancing the patient experience by ensuring a welcoming and efficient team environment and encouraging the team to foster a culture

of continuous improvement.

Escalate details of any delays or bottlenecks within the administration / booking process which will affect the patient journey and / or delivery of

clinical services Operations Managers.

Respond to team queries, minor employee issues and conflicts, collaborating with HR on the more complex issues.

Develop, document and update standard operating procedures for key people processes, including process maps, checklists, guidelines, etc.

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for teams in respect of key processes.
- Arrange the induction of new team members to the Titration team, sharing knowledge and expertise of the administrative processes and functions.
- Ensure all team members are appropriately trained and competent in all appropriate electronic systems and standard operating procedures relating to their role.
- Track and report on progress of team members’ performance and indicate where improvements need to be made or where there is a gap in training or knowledge.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Arrange appropriate training and development, where updating of skills / knowledge is required. Track the completion of employee training to ensure that the team is compliant.
- To identify any safeguarding concerns and escalate according to Clinical Partners safeguarding policy.
- To resolve patient dissatisfactions, escalating further where needed.

Become some of the Department’s ‘super users’ in respect of ‘tech stack’ roll out in order to be able to act as trainers to either current team members, or as part of the induction process, including the development and delivery of training materials, SOPs around any new system roll out.
- As a ‘super user’ provide ongoing support to teams in respect of addressing any issues where possible and ensuring that the system is being used effectively
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential
- Minimum two years’ experience working within a healthcare environment or similar regulated environment
- Proven experience achieving personal and team goals, objectives and KPIs
Desirable
- Experience in a fast-growing company where change is the norm
- Experience of managing or leading a team

Remuneration and Benefits:

£32,000 annual salary
- 25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break
This is a fully remote position; however, you must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work to be considered.
