Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role within a specialist SEND setting?
We are working with a specialist school in Enfield that is seeking a dedicated HLTA to support pupils within their KS3 complex needs provision. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful difference to the lives of young people with Autism, severe learning difficulties, communication needs, and other complex SEND.
What makes this opportunity unique is the level of support available within each classroom. Every class benefits from a Teacher, HLTA, and three SEN Teaching Assistants, creating a highly collaborative environment where both pupils and staff can thrive.
