We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in holiday homes. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Carry out tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and maintaining a friendly demeanour.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day.
