Cocktail Bartender – The White Horse Oyster & Seafood Bar, Edinburgh
Located on the historic Royal Mile, The White Horse Oyster & Seafood Bar is one of Edinburgh’s most vibrant and fast-paced dining destinations, specialising in exceptional Scottish seafood and premium guest experiences.
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Cocktail Bartender to join our Front of House team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing, energetic team in a busy city-centre restaurant. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding drinks service while contributing to a dynamic and engaging guest experience. You will be working across both the bar and floor, supporting the team where needed and ensuring consistently high standards. What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering quality service.
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a cocktail bartender
- Confident working in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service
