We are currently recruiting Chefs of all levels for permanent positions across Glasgow, working within a range of quality-driven restaurants and hospitality venues specialising in Italian cuisine.
This is an excellent opportunity for chefs who are passionate about Italian food and are looking to progress their career within stable, long-term roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes in line with kitchen standards
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
- Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environments
- Support kitchen operations and service
- Contribute to menu development where required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef (Commis to Head Chef level)
- Strong background in Italian cuisine is essential
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Passion for fresh ingredients and quality cooking
