New Business Co-Ordinator
Due to ambitious & exciting growth plans in our award winning mortgage team, Farrell Heyworth are looking for New Business Co-Ordinators to join us in our central mortgage hub team in the Preston area.
We work in partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) who are an award-winning mortgage broker with over 1,600 advisers across the UK.
Job Description
Working closely with our team of expert mortgage & protection advisers you will be responsible for speaking with clients from a variety of different lead sources to generate & book appointments & be their central point of contact to deliver an excellent service from initial enquiry through to completion of their mortgage application.
You will also liaise closely with our estate agency introducer colleagues to build & maintain excellent working relationships throughout the client journey so experience working in an estate agency/property environment would be a definite advantage.

Requirements
Experience in estate agency and/or telesales is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Working in a target driven environment you will be highly organised
- Excellent negotiation skills & a natural sales ability is key
- Ability to work to targets with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, IT and literacy skill with a keen eye for detail.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 9am – 2pm - half day finish when Saturday worked
