Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including staff management, kitchen oversight, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food production processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in kitchen operations, including cooking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers alike.
