We are seeking a dynamic and professional Property Sales Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property transactions, engaging with clients, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and organisational abilities to develop their career within the property industry. The role involves engaging with a diverse client base, negotiating deals and providing a first class service.
Duties
- Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion
- Prepare and review sales documentation, contracts, and related paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the company database
- Assisting with property marketing, including photography, social media content and property listings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
- Support administrative tasks related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies

Essential Requirements

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,000.00 per year
