Assembly Operative - Gloucester
The rewards
- £13.34 per hour, increasing to £14.41 per hour after 12 weeks
- Early finish every Friday
- Temporary with possibility of going permanent
Hours
- 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern: one week 6:00am–2:00pm, next week 2:00pm–10:00pm
The role of Assembly Operative:
- Assembling products from drawings
- Using hand tools and glue
- Inspecting and quality checking to high standards
- Working to individual and team targets
The ideal Assembly Operative:
- Good communication skills
- Previous exposure to a manufacturing or engineering environment (work or college)
- Able to read measurements and diagrams
