As a Labourer for B&B Attachments you will use a Forklift truck daily to support the workshop. You will ensure the cleanliness of products using our onsite equipment, whilst moving attachments mainly though operating a Forklift truck. Your priority will be to support the workshop team in fulfilling any requirement necessary to help with the effective running of production activities.

Duties include:
- Perform a wide range of general labouring duties across the workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Operate high-pressure cleaning equipment to steam-clean attachments in preparation for inspection.
- Transport attachments to designated areas using a counterbalance forklift truck.
- Use the company van to collect and deliver supplies, ensuring timely and accurate transport.
- Provide support to the Stores Department as required, including:
- Booking in deliveries upon arrival and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Maintaining effective stock organisation and control.
- Preparing parcels and pallets for dispatch in line with company procedures.
- Keeping the stores area clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Booking stock in and out of the business using the appropriate systems.
- Monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, and placing orders when necessary.
Personal/Role Requirements:
- Valid counterbalance forklift truck licence with demonstrable operational experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong practical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- High levels of concentration and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to a dynamic working environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected tasks.
Hours of Work:
- Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm
- Friday 8am-12pm
- Contracted hours are 36 hours per week
