Overview
We are looking for a reliable, practical, and well-organised Dispatch Operative to join our production and dispatch team in Telford.
This is a varied, hands-on role focused on preparing finished manufactured goods for dispatch. You will collect completed products from the production area, carry out basic finishing where required, create labels, check paperwork, pack goods, and ensure orders are ready to leave on time.
This is not a standard warehouse picking role. Rather than picking products from shelves, the role is focused on handling completed manufactured products, checking order details accurately, preparing goods for courier collection or vehicle loading, and keeping the dispatch area clean, organised, and efficient.
The role requires an early start of approximately 5:45am / 6:00am, so reliability, punctuality, and the ability to get to site at that time are essential.
A forklift licence or forklift experience would be highly beneficial, as the role may involve loading drivers’ vehicles in the morning, offloading deliveries, and moving materials safely.

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience preparing and dispatching goods from a manufacturing or production environment would be particularly useful
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when checking products, measurements, quantities, labels, paperwork, and order details

If you are reliable, practical, and comfortable working in a busy hands-on environment, we would like to hear from you.
