What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities through door knocking, calls, emails and LinkedIn activity.
- Negotiating deals with clients - offering our exclusive benefits!
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Supporting, motivating, and developing team members.
- Creating and implementing innovative commercial strategies that will support business growth.
- Promoting the business and raising our profile within the market.
- Getting involved in permanent recruitment activities & supporting the teams where necessary.
- Working collaboratively across the business to drive growth and success.
- Attending relevant networking events to grow the brand.
