Senior Account Manager – Direct Sales

Do you have direct sales experience, confident in presenting and closing?
ECC is one of Europe's leading consumer claims organisations, helping clients navigate timeshare exits, holiday park disputes, managed retirement property claims, solar panel mis-selling, and more. We're growing fast — and we need proven sales professionals to grow with us.
You won't be cold calling. Our established marketing campaigns generate a consistent flow of warm inbound leads, with consumers arriving at pre-booked appointments already seeking help. Your job is to listen, build trust, and guide them to the right solution.
We also carry serious credibility - with features in The Times, The Financial Times, Daily Mail, Sky TV, and Global Radio stations including Heart and Smooth.
The Role
Based at our Exeter office, you'll meet clients face-to-face and over video calls, assess their situation, explain their options, and when they chose to become a client, guide them through next steps to onboarding.
What you'll be doing:
- Meeting consumers at scheduled appointments to discuss their circumstances
- Reviewing each client's situation and recommending the right service options for them
- Building genuine rapport and trust throughout the sales process
- Clearly articulating how ECC can help and closing professionally
- Following up with prospects post-appointment where needed
- Hitting individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For
We want confident, target-driven professionals with experience in one or more of:
- Timeshare / holiday ownership
- Holiday parks
- Home improvements, Solar, Installation, windows etc.,
You'll also need:
- 2+ years of direct sales experience
- Strong closing skills and a results-focused mindset
- Excellent communication - in person and on the phone
- A professional, resilient, and positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy
- The ability to commute to our Exeter office
