Job Summary
EICR: Goom Electrical are looking for Engineers to o carry out an EICRs with C1 and C2 remedial works at the time of the test for social housing, all domestic. Where an isolator is not in place, produce an unsatisfactory certificate.
Detection: All detectors must be replaced if they are missing, damaged or expiring within the next 12 months. There must be a smoke detector in halls and landings, a heat detector in the kitchen with a stand-alone battery co detector in rooms where gas appliances are present.
