Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will oversee human resources functions, ensuring the effective management of personnel and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our mission of supporting young individuals in their educational journey.
Responsibilities
To coordinate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, absence records and staff documentation.
· To maintain compliance with relevant employment, safeguarding, payroll, pension, data protection and independent school requirements.
· To support leaders by providing reliable administrative and HR systems that enable the school to operate effectively.
Main Purpose of the Role
