Accountabilities:
1. Be the go-to support for our Commercial team, helping manage the end-to-end management of all customer orders.
2. Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and internal teams to resolve issues proactively, ensuring quick follow-up and clear communication at all times.
3. Support the commercial team with tracking orders and invoices as well as maintaining an accurate sales tracking report.
4. Bank holiday working and shared weekends.
Responsibilities:
1. Input customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication to packhouse team.
2. Communicate with customers and resolve issues proactively, ensuring quick follow-up and clear communication at all times.
3. Provide order support, including guidance on daily availability, assisting with order changes, and addressing delivery issues.
4. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messages in a prompt and professional manner.
5. Maintain administration on internal reporting documents, such as weekly sales reporting
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
7. Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
8. Stay up to date with weekly product availability, seasonal items, and new product launches
