Key Responsibilities
· Processing and reviewing previous days' staff rotas.
· Recording and maintaining monthly client visit statistics.
· Managing staff administration, including recruitment, appraisals, disciplinary warnings, and holiday records.
· Overseeing company and fleet insurance policies and renewals.
· Managing vehicle compliance, including MOTs and vehicle tax.
· Conducting stock checks and ordering PPE, workwear, stationery, and office toiletries.
· Answering telephone enquiries and managing incoming and outgoing emails.
· Maintaining accurate filing systems and archiving company records, including scanning/photograph taking.
· Processing and submitting DBS check applications.
· Ensuring company noticeboards are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
· Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and implementing new procedures where appropriate.
· Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the business.
· Undertaking additional ad hoc duties as required to support the needs of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience:
· Excellent time management and organisational skills.
· Strong proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Experienced in planning, coordinating, and scheduling tasks effectively.
· Able to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Competent in carrying out a wide range of administrative duties, including purchasing, managing emails, and handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Additional desirable, non-essential, qualities.
· Management experience, including leading teams and supporting day-to-day operations.
· Strong human relations skills with experience building positive working relationships.
· Experience conducting interviews and supporting recruitment processes.
· Marketing experience, including promoting services, engaging with customers, and supporting business growth.

Salary expectation: £16.00–£17.75 per hour, for all hours worked.
Pay: £24,420.00-£32,305.83 per year
