Acres Sutton Coldfield are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our expanding Lettings Department in a full-time role, based at our Sutton Coldfield office. This position is ideal for someone with a confident manner, strong organisational skills, and a friendly, professional approach to customer service. This role is vital in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting their property journey. Lettings experience required.
The role involves managing tenant enquiries, coordinating and accompanying property viewings, carrying out property inspections, and handling all associated lettings administration. You will have regular contact with landlords and tenants, so strong communication skills and a helpful, outgoing personality are essential. A good working knowledge of computers, including Outlook and Word, is required. Previous lettings or estate agency experience is beneficial.
You must have your own car.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in-office
- Coordinate and attend property viewings
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained
- Handle tenant referencing, paperwork, and tenancy agreements
- Maintain accurate landlord, tenant, and property records
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth tenancy processes
- Ensure the lettings portfolio is managed efficiently and accurately
- Carry out general office and administrative duties as required
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive, positive attitude with an interest in the property industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in lettings or property administration (preferred but not essential)
- Confident using Outlook, Word, and basic office systems
- Must have own car
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
- Saturday rota: 1–2 Saturdays per month, 9.00am – 1.00pm
