Our Electricians receive:
- £19.00 - £21.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Fixed 40 hour week
- 20 days holiday a year + BH’s

The Electrician's Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join our team, carrying out a wide range of electrical tasks - primarily responsive repairs and voids works, however occasional planned works may also be required. We're looking for someone who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. This role also includes participation in an out-of-hours rota.
Feedback of information will be required to management using paperwork/PDA/Android. Our Electricians must follow company/client processes and policies whilst working in a safe manner in accordance with the NICEIC, HSE guidelines.
Our Electricians need to have:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition NICIEC
- 2391-52 Inspection & Testing
- A current full driving licence (manual)
- A high level of customer care
- Gold Card (desirable)
Requirements from our Electricians:
- Willingness to travel is essential. While the majority of our work is based in the SO, PO and SP postcode areas, occasional coverage in other regions may also be required.
- To participate in the out-of-hours rota
- Domestic electrical experience
- Good IT skills - PDA usage is required (full training will be provided)
- DBS clearance - a new application is required to be carried out and will be paid for by the Company upon joining.
General Duties - but not limited to:
- Accessories replacement
- Fan installations and upgrades
- EICR tests - domestic and communal
- Remedial works
- Fault finding
- Emergency lighting upgrades
- Door Entry (basic controls)
- Carrying out Multi Trade jobs (desirable but not essential)
You'll primarily be working independently, so confidence in using your own initiative is essential. However, support is always available from our Supervisors and Managers when needed. You'll also have regular opportunities to connect with the wider team through team meetings and toolbox talks, which provide ongoing training and company updates.
