Night Porter – Join a Fast-Paced, Reliable Team
We’re on the lookout for dependable and hardworking Night Porters to join our growing operation. If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and being at the heart of a busy logistics environment, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working in our yard, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly overnight. This includes moving kitchen units between vehicles, ensuring loads are organised and ready for next-day delivery.
Our operation runs on a “wag and drag” system, where Class 1 drivers bring in fully loaded wagons. Your job is to help transfer and prepare these loads onto Class 2 vehicles, ready to head out to customers’ homes the following day.
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to your team
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous yard or warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential
Shift & Pay
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift: 20:00-06:00
- £375 quarterly bonus
