The Role
As an Estate Agency Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Registering buyers and tenants
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Generating valuations and new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Managing applicant databases and follow-ups
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales and lettings process
- Working towards and exceeding targets
