We are expanding our remote outreach team and looking for a relentless, independent B2B Sales Representative to hunt, pitch, and close high-ticket service retainers.
Compensation Structure (Uncapped Commission)
This is a self-employed contract position with an aggressive pay structure designed for high-performing sales professionals:
* Upfront Commission: £900 per client that successfully signs our service agreement and clears their initial invoice. Paid within 24 hours of invoice clearing.
* Recurring Commission: £300 monthly recurring bonus for every active client you maintain on our roster.
* Realistic Target: Closing just 3 roofing accounts a month yields £2,700 upfront cash + an extra £900/month in compounding recurring income.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Prospecting: Run high-volume outbound dialling (50+ touches/day) utilizing our deeply researched, pre-scraped lists of UK roofing directors.
* Pipeline Management: Track your pipeline, follow-ups, and daily call metrics directly within our centralized team workspace.
* Closing: Take roofing business owners from an initial cold touch straight to signing a digital service agreement and processing their upfront invoice.

* Must be self-motivated to work completely remotely and manage your own pipeline.
