About the Role
You will ensure that children and young people remain at the heart of all practice by delivering support through a strengths-based, relational approach. This should be informed by trauma-aware principles and viewed through a systemic lens in alignment with ‘Our Way of Working’ principles
You’ll be someone who:
- Has experience working directly with children, young people and families
- Is confident having honest, respectful conversations
- Can manage a varied caseload and work with different services
- Understands how early help and whole‑family working makes a difference
- Is practical, reflective and team‑focused
- Be confident in delivering group work with parents, carers and their families
Roles are available across Northwich and Winsford. We’ll talk with you during the process about preferences and what works best for you and the service.
