An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and flexible Field Sales Executive to join a growing payroll company on a temporary 5-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
This role will involve travelling to multiple locations across the midlands. You will be representing the company face-to-face, building relationships and promoting payroll services to businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to different locations across Scotland
- Attend sites and appointments for 8am starts
- Promote payroll services and engage with prospective clients
- Build strong professional relationships with customers
- Represent the business in a professional and positive manner
- Maintain accurate records and provide feedback following visits
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
- Previous sales, customer service or field-based experience preferred
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Comfortable with regular travel and early starts
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; willingness to travel extensively across the Midlands region.
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks independently.
