Job Description:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Support Administrator/ Clinical Scheduling Co-Ordinator to join our team at a leading private hospital in Bristol. This is a key administrative role supporting visiting consultants in the effective delivery of their services, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for patients from initial enquiry through to treatment.
The role combines patient bookings, scheduling, and governance support, making it well suited to someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Governance
- Support clinical governance processes, including audits and reporting in line with CQC regulations
- Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and compliance standards
- Assist with incident reporting and documentation where required
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are consistently upheld
Clinical Scheduling
- Manage consultant bookings, appointments, consumables, liaising with the Theatre teams and medical secretaries.
- Act as a key point of contact for consultants, and clinical teams
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient information into hospital systems
- Coordinate pre-admission processes and documentation
- Handle enquiries professionally
- Invoicing visiting consultants
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a clinical administration role
- Familiarity with medical terminology (especially cosmetic/plastic surgery) a strong advantage
- Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficient in IT systems and data entry
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
