Requirements
- Proven management or supervising experience, preferably within retail or sales management roles.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to facilitate effective communication with diverse clientele and staff.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or administrative functions is advantageous.
