Responsibilities
- Managing patient appointments and scheduling consultations efficient
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with data protection regulations
- Preparing and processing medical correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent programmes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Experience with medical record systems or electronic health records (EHR) is advantageous but not mandatory
