Head of Reward
We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Reward Professional to lead our Compensation, Benefits, and Wellbeing agenda. You’ll shape our reward strategy, ensure competitive and equitable pay practices, and deliver high‑quality programmes that support both our people and our business goals.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Compensation Strategy & Management
- Design and deliver a competitive,market‑aligned compensation framework, including salary structures, job evaluation, and the annual review cycle.
- Oversee short‑ and long‑term incentive programmes, provide expert guidance on compensation decisions, and ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.
- Build and maintain compensation models to support organisational planning and data‑driven decision‑making.
Benefits & Wellbeing
- Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of healthcare, pensions, voluntary benefits, and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring they remain competitive, cost‑effective, and aligned with employee needs.
- Manage external benefit providers, lead the annual renewal process, and drive ongoing optimisation of the overall benefits offering.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all reward programmes comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Lead pay‑transparency and equal‑pay reporting.
- Maintain strong governance across all compensation and benefits activities.
Data, Analytics & Insights
- Deliver regular reporting and insights on compensation trends, turnover, engagement, and market competitiveness.
- Improve HR systems and processes to enhance data accuracy and reporting capability.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost modelling.
- Work closely with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on organisational design, job architecture, and offer decisions.
- Communicate reward programmes clearly and effectively across the business.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of reward frameworks, benchmarking, job evaluation, and relevant employment legislation.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders, building credibility quickly across the organisation.
- Experience in global reward operations, familiarity with HRIS platforms, and relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIPD, WorldatWork) would be highly advantageous.
