Elevate, on behalf of Britvic, is recruiting a Business Development Executive to join our award-winning sales team. You’ll represent some of the UK’s most iconic soft drinks brands, including:
Pepsi Max – the UK’s number one selling cola
The London Essence Company – the UK’s No.2 bestselling mixer
Aqua Libra – an innovative water dispense solution
Surrey is a critical territory within our South region. We’re looking for a driven, resilient and ambitious individual who is confident asking for the sale and determined to be the best.
Role overview
You will develop and manage relationships across on-trade outlets within your territory. Working closely with route-to-market (RTM) partners, you’ll engage key decision-makers to drive distribution and visibility of our dispense brands.
You must live within the territory, ideally in or near the KT or GU postcode areas.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the drinks trade or foodservice who is ready to take the next step in their career with leading brands.
What we’re looking for
Proven on-trade sales experience
Genuine passion for the drinks industry
Confident, engaging and professional in both appearance and manner
Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to influence
Competent IT skills and confidence presenting 1:1 and to groups
Excellent time management, teamwork and communication skills
Self-motivated, ambitious and solutions-focused with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Highly organised and disciplined, able to manage your own diary and meet targets
Understanding of route to market within the licensed on-trade (free trade)
A full UK driving licence is essential.
