Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-Time)
Pay: Minimum £108.50 – £120 per day (Following school trial)
The Mission:
Halesowen is a fantastic community, but right now, our local schools are facing a critical gap in high-quality SEN classroom support. We are looking for dedicated individuals living in or near Halesowen who want to bring their energy out of the suburbs and directly into the classroom where it matters most.
If you are passionate about being a part of a child's daily breakthroughs, this is your calling. You'll be working closely with schools to provide a stable, nurturing environment for students who need a proactive and patient hand to help them thrive.
The Non-Negotiables:
- Must Be Able to Drive: You need a valid driving licence and your own car to travel easily to schools across the Halesowen and wider Dudley area.
- Full-Time Reliability: Available 5 days a week (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM) to ensure these students have the stable support they rely on.
- Enthusiastic Attitude: A genuine passion for special educational needs and child development.
