Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to oversee the management of projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the director ensuring the efficient running of the projects by effectively surveying and managing various size projects which will include
Procuring materials,
Managing the workforce,
Attending site meetings and reporting,
Producing work programmes,
Producing valuations and ensuring any variations to projects are recorded.
You will negotiate contracts and deliver cost-efficient deals without compromising on quality, whilst ensuring that project deadlines are met.
There will be an element of generally filling in where required to help with any part of the business.
A good knowledge of cladding is essential.
To be successful as the Contracts Manager, you should demonstrate exceptional skills and talent in delivering our projects and providing leadership and management appropriately to complete projects on time and in budget
Experience
- Proven experience in contract management is essential.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations is required.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
