Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning industry, focusing on B2B sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored cleaning solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and emerging trends, leveraging analysis skills to inform sales strategies.
- utilise Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.
- Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and service delivery exceeds expectations.
- Lead negotiations and close deals efficiently, demonstrating leadership in driving revenue growth.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the commercial cleaning or related service industries.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales processes.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
