About The Role

Reports to: Global Marketing Director
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Global Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution across customer acquisition, engagement, retention and website optimisation.
This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving digital performance across multiple channels and markets. The successful candidate will own the global website strategy, digital advertising programmes, and CRM strategy and execution through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The role requires a highly experienced digital marketer with strong B2B and B2C experience, ideally gained within an app-based or technology-driven business. You will work closely with regional marketing teams, product, sales, and external agencies to deliver measurable business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Website Strategy & Management
- Own and lead the global website strategy to support customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Manage website performance, optimisation, user journeys, SEO, and content effectiveness.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver website enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Use analytics and customer insights to optimise user experience and conversion rates.
- Ensure brand consistency and localization across international markets.
Digital Advertising Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute global digital advertising strategies across paid search, paid social, display, app install, retargeting, and other performance channels.
- Manage agency relationships and media budgets to maximise ROI and customer acquisition performance.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights and reporting.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align global strategy with local market requirements.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
CRM Strategy & Marketing Cloud Management
- Lead the global CRM strategy across customer lifecycle marketing, engagement, and retention.
- Own the management and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop audience segmentation, automated journeys, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives through email, push notifications, and in-app communications.
- Partner with product and data teams to improve customer insights, reporting, and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital marketing and CRM roles.
- Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience leading website strategy and digital optimization initiatives.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C customer marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing and marketing automation best practices.
- Strong expertise in digital advertising strategy and campaign management.
- Previous experience working within an app-based, SaaS, fintech, mobility, or technology business
- Knowledge of mobile app acquisition and engagement strategies.
- GA4 and Firebase experience
- CMS knowledge using Webflow
- Experience operating in international or global marketing environments.
What We Offer
Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 plus commission. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
