About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and committed Residential Support Workers to join our Outstanding Ofsted-rated children's home in Shrewsbury.
You will support children and young people with autism, learning disabilities, SEND and complex needs, helping them to develop their independence, social skills and emotional wellbeing within a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
As part of our dedicated team, you will help create positive experiences and meaningful outcomes for the young people in our care, supporting them with all aspects of daily life.
