We’re looking for a Barback to join the team at The Blues Kitchen London.
The award-winning Blues Kitchen is one of London’s most iconic venues. Known for its Southern-inspired interiors,legendary late-night energy and world-class live music,it’s a place where great food,strong drinks and incredible performances come together every night of the week. From blues and soul to funk and late-night DJs,The Blues Kitchen has built a reputation as one of the city’s most exciting places for music,food and hospitality.
It’s a fast-paced environment with a lot going on. We’re looking for someone energetic,hardworking and positive who enjoys the buzz of a busy bar and wants to be part of a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting bartenders so the bar runs smoothly during service.

Restocking fridges,glassware,ice and bar supplies throughout the shift.

Keeping the bar clean,organised and ready for busy service.

Working quickly and efficiently during high-volume shifts.

Supporting the team to maintain a great atmosphere behind the bar.

What to Expect

Competitive pay:£12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71–£15.00 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
