Community Supervisor

Hours: Full Time
Pay: £14.00 per hour + mileage allowance

Key Responsibilities
- Complete person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
- Carry out community-based competency assessments for care staff.
- Conduct quality assurance visits to service users.
- Complete care reviews and ensure care plans remain accurate and up to date.
- Support and mentor care staff in the community.
- Identify areas for improvement and promote best practice.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and safeguarding procedures.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in health and social care, preferably in domiciliary care.
- Experience completing care plans, risk assessments, and care reviews.
- Confident carrying out competency observations and supporting staff development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A compassionate, professional approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding care.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
