Bank Residential Support Workers (Level 3 Required)
Here at North Star, we believe in empowering children by involving them in decision-making. Our collaborative approach spans across various sectors, allowing us to provide the best possible care. We need people who are experienced working with children who have EBD, SEMH, CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation), CCE (Child Crime Exploitation), Drug and Substance Misuse.
Right now, we are recruiting Bank Residential Support Workers for days and nights across our homes in Ascot, Winkfield, Virginia Waters.
Pay Rate: £13.50 - 15.00 per hour dependant on experience, £60 per night for sleep-ins
Requirements:
- Experience working in a children’s residential setting for the listed needs.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Good understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
- Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality care
- Clear DBS check and Police Clearance (required for those who have lived or worked overseas in the last 10 years)
- Right to work in the UK – please note we do not provide sponsorship.
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
