Location: Borough of Haringey, North London
Role: Teaching Assistant
Hours: Full time during term time - Monday – Friday. 8.30am -4:00pm.
Contract Length: 1 Academic Year from September 2026 - July 2027
Pay: £90 - £105 (PAYE) Per Day
Here at New Formation Education, we're working with a beautiful primary school in Haringey, North London who are searching for a new support staff to join their team from September 2026.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant you will be offering students and staff support which could be some or all of the following areas - 1:1 support within the classroom, SEN support, offering general classroom assistance and running small groups with identified pupils (e.g. lower ability or gifted & talented)
What do you need?
· A qualification (Maths and English GCSE's at the minimum)
· A desire to work with children and guide their learning development
· Aspirations to become a teacher (not essential!)
· Availability to work school hours (between 8:30am - 4:00pm)
· Some relevant experience working with young people or personal experience with young people
The role on offer will provide you with invaluable skills and experience necessary to become a successful teacher and will also support securing a position on an upcoming teacher training programme, if that's what you plan to move onto next in your career.
