Pizza Chef
ROLE PURPOSE
Our pizza chefs support their Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a perfect kitchen. They work hard to ensure that quality of our unique pizzas and speed of service is optimised at all times, and delivered in a safe way.

GUEST FOCUS
· Passionate about food quality, ensuring every pizza is cooked and presented to spec
· Consistently drives guest service by maintaining food quality as well as speed of service, in-line with brand standards
· Deals with guest requests with a can-do attitude and resolves guest complaints quickly
· Engages with the front-of-house team to ensure that every guest leaves happy
PEOPLE FOCUS
· Has a fun and positive mind set and works well under pressure
· Is a team player and proactively supports fellow colleagues on shift
· Communicates well throughout every shift with other chefs and the management team
· Is self-motivated, keen to learn and passionately shares their knowledge with others
BUSINESS FOCUS
· Works well under pressure and maintains energy levels during shifts
· Takes accountability for setting the kitchen up for success to consistently delivering service in- line with brand standards
· Follows the specs consistently and minimises wastage
· Engages with all incentives and works hard to achieve all targets set
· Understands how their work affects the operation of the overall business
· Takes care of the business assets and equipment
· Promotes any idea’s to help the business improve its performance with their line manager
STANDARDS FOCUS
· Completed all training and takes accountability on shift for Food Safety and Health & Safety
· Consistently delivers on expectations through living and breathing the brand standards
· Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and takes responsibility for daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks
· Proactively ensures standards are maintained in order to gain positive audit scores.
· Carries out any reasonable task asked of them by the managers
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£18.00 per hour
