We’re hiring an experienced Tenancy Progressor to join our Central London offices at Foxtons, London’s leading estate agency. This is a great opportunity if you’ve already worked in a sales and tenancy progression role and want a job that offers more progression opportunities and job satisfaction.
As a Tenancy Progressor, you’ll handle everything from the moment an offer is accepted through to move in. You’ll stay in regular contact with tenants, landlords, and agents, making sure everything moves forward as it should. If you’ve done this before, you’ll know how important it is to stay organised, manage timelines, and solve problems when things get stuck.
You’ll be part of a team that values clear communication, quick thinking, and keeping clients in the loop.
You’ll need previous experience as a Tenancy Progressor or in a similar role where you’ve managed property transactions.
What you’ll get
- Competitive salary plus bonuses based on performance
- No weekends
- Ongoing training and support to help you develop
Benefits
- Access to wellbeing support, including a confidential counselling helpline, Mental Health First Aiders, coaching platform, and subsidised gym membership
- One paid day each year to volunteer for a charity of your choice
- Regular team socials and events, including a big Christmas party and summer sports day
- A supportive, inclusive culture with networks you can join if you’d like to get involved
It takes a special kind of mindset and an insatiable hunger to succeed as a Foxtons Tenancy Progressor. You’ll pick up key life skills as you focus on building relationships and helping our clients navigate the process of their property transaction.
To provide the best service to our customers and clients you will need to have high attention to detail, organisational skills and extensive written and spoken communication skills. Previous experience within a sales or tenancy progressor role or residential lettings experience is crucial.
