As a Sales Advisor your primary responsibility will be to drive office sales though engaging in face to face interactions with clients and customers. Playing a key role is creating a positive first impression to work towards building a strong lasting relationship.
You will act as the initial point of contact for both clients and customers. This will involve generating and closing leads, presenting product information, delivering solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and identifying customers needs.
Responsibilities
- Building relations with both clients and customers. Understanding and providing solutions through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Supporting the sales team by generating or closing leads and driving the office overall sales.
- Working with your team towards achieving and hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Developing leadership and decision making skills by supervising small teams and managing assigned tasks.
- Engaging with customers though face to face interactions working to generating new business leads.
- Participate in structured team meetings covering key business functions, including operations, sales, customer service, and team management.

- Experience supporting, training, or supervising small teams. Guiding team members to improve performance in a positive and supportive manner.
- A results driven mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. Thriving on achieving measurable results and having the initiative to identify new opportunities to continuously improve performance
