Electrical Compliance Electrician
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Compliance Electrician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position carrying out electrical compliance works across domestic and commercial properties in Northampton & Surrounding areas (No social housing)
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
- Perform electrical inspection, testing, and certification in accordance with BS 7671.
- Conduct emergency lighting inspection, testing, and maintenance.
- Carry out Electrical Equipment Testing (EET).
- Diagnose electrical faults and complete remedial works to ensure compliance.
- Assist with electrical installations, maintenance, and repair works when required.
- Complete all certification and reports accurately and professionally.
- Deliver a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience carrying out EICRs, remedial works, emergency lighting testing, and EET.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong fault-finding skills and attention to detail.
