We are Malo Brighton, a family-owned Argentinian empanada shop with three locations across Brighton & Hove, and we’re looking for passionate, reliable people to join our production team.

About the Role
Empanadas are crescent-shaped pastries filled with a variety of delicious ingredients. In this position, you will:
- Fill empanadas using our freshly prepared fillings (no cooking required)
- Fold and shape them using a press machine
- Prepare them ready for our floor team to bake and serve
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Follow all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and care in food preparation
- Previous experience making Argentinian empanadas is a bonus, but not essential, full training will be provided
Details:
- Part-time position (approximately 25 hours per week, early start)
- Based in central Brighton.
