Location: Nomi Restaurants (Bangor, Pwllheli, Porthmadog)
Reports to: Head Chef
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Nomi Restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support chefs with food preparation and service.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and proper storage.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Requirements (Essential):
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
