Our client is a leading M&E contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK. As they mobilise for a major £100M industrial programme, they’re seeking an experienced M&E Manager – from either a mechanical or electrical background – to lead the building services package from design through to commissioning.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a major project, build and lead a high-performing team, and deliver technical excellence on a programme of national importance.
The Opportunity
- Lead all MEP activities on a flagship industrial project
- Manage a dedicated team of engineers and coordinators
- Ensure quality, safety and programme milestones are met
- Drive innovation through BIM and digital engineering solutions
- Collaborate closely with commercial and client teams to protect delivery and value
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record managing £multi-million MEP packages
- Mechanical or Electrical background with hands-on project delivery experience
- HNC/HND (or above) in Building Services or relevant engineering discipline
- Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills
- Defence or secure sector experience (advantageous but not essential)
