What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our HR team, you'll help ensure our clients receive an efficient, professional, and high-quality HR service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing employee lifecycle administration from onboarding through to leaving employment
- Preparing offers of employment, contracts, contract amendments, and employee correspondence
- Coordinating pre-employment screening and background checks
- Maintaining accurate HR records across multiple HR systems
- Processing payroll changes and producing reports for the payroll team
- Supporting clients and employees with HR administration queries
- Managing employment references
- Conducting data audits and ensuring compliance with HR processes
- Providing excellent customer service in line with agreed service levels
- Supporting the wider HR team with project and ad-hoc activities
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in accuracy, and likes working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous administration experience (HR administration experience advantageous but not essential)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above)
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable but not essential
