About the Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Admin / Operations All-Rounder to join our busy warehouse team.
This is not just a standard admin role — we are looking for someone who is flexible, organised, and happy to support across multiple areas of the operation. You will play a key part in helping the warehouse run smoothly day-to-day.
The ideal candidate will be confident handling admin tasks, resolving issues, dealing with staff enquiries, and supporting warehouse operations where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting and managing staff hours and attendance records
- Handling general enquiries from warehouse staff and management
- Supporting with internal issues and interim resolution
- Assisting with warehouse administration and operational tasks
- Communicating with different departments to ensure a smooth workflow
- Updating spreadsheets, systems, and internal records
- Supporting supervisors and management with daily tasks
- Helping maintain an organised and efficient working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Confident using computers and basic Microsoft Office systems
- A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Previous warehouse admin or operations experience is preferred but not essential

Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm, 6 days per week
