Experienced Gym Manager wanted for Energie Fitness Gym in the heart of West London.
Energie Fitness Brentford is looking an energetic and enthusiastic club/Gym manager. As the Gym Manager you will hold overall responsibility of the day to day running of the gym. This, amongst other aspects, will include making sure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to, equipment maintained, sales plans and targets are met, member services are at an impeccable high and any complaints are dealt with in a professional manor as quickly as possible and that the cleanliness of the Gym is kept at a very high standard.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate teams of individuals in different roles. Have an understanding of industry sales and experience of managing sales teams. They will require to be minimum Level REPs Level 2 qualified and have a passion for Health and Fitness. Energie Fitness strives to keep it's outgoing and fun brand recognition so the need for outgoing individuals is very high. The ideal candidate should not hesitate to put extra effort and time when needed.
The club is a Franchised Owned gym, the Gym Manager will be working very closely with the owner, and the Head office team.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
