About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing activity and shape how PTSL communicates its capability to a global audience.
This is a standalone role responsible for delivering and evolving marketing across digital channels, content, campaigns and sales support materials.
You will work closely with the Global Head of HR, VP of Marketing, Chief Technology Officer and Design teams, acting as the key driver of day-to-day marketing execution within the business.
The role offers exposure to a specialist industrial, working with complex engineering products and global audiences.
Key Responsibilities
· Own website content and contribute to the development of broader marketing messaging and priorities
· Plan, create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn and other professional platforms
· Develop and maintain brand messaging and tone of voice across all channels.
· Design and produce digital marketing materials including case studies, technical one-pagers, brochures, datasheets, and presentation.
· Lead and coordinate trade shows and industry events from planning through to execution.
· Act as a key marketing contact across Sales, Engineering, and HR to align messaging and priorities.
· Work with technical teams to translate complex engineering information into clear, engaging marketing content.
· Track and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Ensure consistency of branding across all internal and external communications.
Essential Requirements
· Experience in a marketing role or equivalent practical experience.
· Degree in Marketing or a related field.
· Strong experience creating digital and visual marketing content.
· Confident, active use of LinkedIn for professional content.
· Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
· Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical content
Desirable Experience
· Experience in a technical, industrial or technology sector environment.
· Exposure to email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
· Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.
· Experience supporting or managing trade shows and industry events.
